Today was by far the best day I have had since surgery and over coming my minor set back! Thank God there is going to be normalcy after all. I went shopping and out to lunch with a friend WITHOUT my brace for the first time and I felt normal......until I had to have her tie my shoe lol! Can't have everything though:O) We weren't out long at all but it was still a great day!

Susan,
GOod for you!! I must remind you though, as someone else did for me (it was Pam) that these minor set backs will continue to happen, just not as frequently. When we feel really good, our brains sometimes forget to use caution, we over-do it, and there we are again with a setback. Just don't let it discourage you.
Shopping and lunch--now that's my kind of normal fun.__________________________________________

You have hit a few potholes in the road, dont worry the road will be smoother up ahead.
I was off-road for my first 3 months, hitting rocks, bottoming out, scratching the paint, and now I ride like a Cadillac on fresh pavement......
