okay so this is the first time that i have been sick when i have had the brace. i have been sitting on the couch for a while like two days. okay so on the couch my back hurts right above my brace. it like hirts like really bad. then i talk about it to my parents and they are like, your back always hurts. but in the bracem while i am straining my neck, it really really hurts, advice, help??

Boston Brace -
Maybe it's just because you are sitting in an awkward position on your couch. Lay flat on your back to take a break, or just take off the brace for a few minutes and stretch your back. Maybe it's because you're outgrowing your brace? Good luck!

Boston Braced Since March 26, 2009.
2 thoracic curves: 28 and 22 degrees.
1 lower lumbar curve: 14 degrees.
One leg is longer than the other; pelvic tilt.
Curves are reversing in my brace!
Mother and sister with mild scoliosis,
and treatment was not required.
