Im a mother of an 11 yr old daughter with 48 degree top curve and 35 degree lower curve. My daughter was wearing a hard brace for 3 years (8 to 11yrs old). We have been told by her orthopedic surgeon that she no longer requires a brace as its not helping and she needs surgery with in the next 8-12 months.
We are trying to explore all options. We live in Australia.
Im asking for anyone who has undergone Schroth treatments in England or Germany, to please let me know of your experiences. eg, how did you or your child manage the routine, what were your results, what are your results several years after the initial treatment, do you continue to regularly see therapists?
