letter for insurance

Good afternoon,
I got the letter from Theresa to send to the insurance company. I figure all I can do is try and see what happens. If not, I am happy with Dr. Rand. Truthfully I would be happy with either of them. The fact that Dr. Rand takes my insurance really is a blessing.
