I've been wondering about this clinic for a while, has anyone been there? There seems to be a lot of confusion about Scoliosis SOS because they started off offering Schroth Therapy and claiming to be the first Schroth clinic in the English-speaking world, but they weren't really doing proper Schroth, and now they are calling their treatment Scoliogold instead. My friend (who has kyphosis) contacted them and they wrote to him claiming that Scoliogold is the only scientifically proven non-surgical treatment method for correcting spinal curvatures in the world, and they have told him that his kyphosis and pain will progress unless he starts their treatment right away, even though he told them he's had spinal fusion surgery.
We can't find any scientific studies to back up their research, and they don't seem to be registered with any of the regulatory bodies such as the Healthcare Commission, so we don't know who is overseeing the clinic to make sure everything is being run properly. We can't find any information about who it was who came up with the Scoliogold treatment in the first place, either.
Any ideas??
