Does anybody know how much an avarage hardwear implant for fusion weighs????
i have no idea how much i lost or gained from the surgery.

This question came up on the MIT list about 3-4 years ago. I asked Dr. Bradford's office about the question. They weighed several configurations of stainless steel implants for scoliosis, and they all weighed 2-3 pounds. Obviously, a titaniium system would be considerably lighter.
