At what curve do they say surgery should be done? Or is it not so much as the degree as the curve?

Well, I heard that surgery can be done on curves that are 45 to 50. Or something like that. I'm not sure but I think so. I hope that that helped some. :)

My doctor said he waits until the curve is almost 50 for surgery, but some doctors will recommend surgery to a patient with a curve in the lower 40s.
