Dr. Boachie has cut down my hours to 16 hours a day! My brace will be coming off by the end of 2008! I will not have to wear it during the day after my next appointment which is in May. If you wear your brace like you should, wonderful things will happen!

oh thats wonderful im still hoping something like that happens to me, can you tell me why he let you? was it an amazing correction? or ru just lucky?

Well, my Dr. said that I have matured enough, and that I am almost done growing. The purpose of my brace is to hold my spine straight as I grow, and if I'm almost done growing, there isn't as much of a need for it. I guess it really all depends on how much growth there is left to do. Hope that helps!

mkay i think i have about 8 months left to grow, but ill keep that in mind that i may have the possibility of reduction u keep at it tho and i will too
