Off topic: Real inspiration

Hey all, I just watched ABC's Extreme Makover Home Edition. It centered around a young man named Patrick Henry Hughes. If you haven't had the chance to see the show, Google the name in quotes and check some of it out.

Oddly enough, I saw a show about him on youtube a month or so ago. You are right, very inspiring.

Thank you for sharing. As a result, I was able to read about this young man's story and his wonderful attitude toward life. It sure blasted me of my pity pot in a hurry and for that I am very grateful.

My son's band teacher had posted a link to this incredible and inspirational story on the band website a while back. What a spirit this young man (and his parents) have....makes me feel small for all the things I tell myself I "can't" do. Wish I would have seen the Extreme Home Makeover show. Hope they did something really awesome for him and his family.
