Spinal Hardware

Hello everyone! I'm the one who posted a thread earlier about "getting the message out about scoliosis thru art." I've got some ideas racing thru my head and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could possibley get for free or pay for the hardware that usually goes into the back for a spinal fusion. I was thinking of creating some kinda "frame" for my scoliosis artwork out of the hardware, to help get more of the message across. If anyone has ANY info on this I would appreciate it! Thanks!

Medical implants are very expensive. You might be able to ask your own doctor if they've got anything old that has no use. You can also find it occasionally on eBay.
