Need feedback

I am four months post op and just came back from my surgeon's office for a check up. I had pain in my hip, can be bad at times and pains in the back on my legs and is very bad at night. My doctor showed me on my xrays that the last two vertbrates have moved - they are tilited in toward each other and have less space between them than the rest and feels the screw is touching a nerve and causing this pain. He said I have lost the curve at the end of my back. I have to get a cat scan and he will decide next week what caused them to move and he may have to go back in a fix it. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
