    Hi,

    I was told not to agravate my condition...but I always loved to horseback ride...I rode when I was a teen ...than I had too much back pain when i rode so i stopped,,,now that i'm facing surgery in a month....i made an appoinment to ride 2 morrow.....
    i know i will never ride again after spinal fusion so i'm going to do it now...i wish i skied when i had the chance in feb....i hope my life gets better after surgery!!!!

    hi,

    i went horsebacking, it was great ,,...only my knees gave me a problem...2morrow my back will be the worse..
