Hi, does anybody here get foot cramps? I've been getting them more and more regularly, I used to get them every six months or so and it would just be kind of funny but lately they've been twice a week or so and really painful, so much so that I'll be there crying & not being able to move, and can last for up to half an hour. Its just my right foot and I've started thinking perhaps it has something to do with the nerves in my spinal cord & my scoliosis. It seems to be the most likely scenario - i'm very healthy otherwise and can't think of anything else that could be causing it. I really have no idea but I really want to get to the bottom of this so if anybody has experienced something similar I'd really appreciate some feedback. Thanks in advance.
