I think i might be one of the lucky ones. I'm about 5'10" or 5'11". I've managed to stay at the same height for the last couple of years, byt i was origanilly told i was about 5'7". Doctors have no idea why my back's so bad, as i have 2 aunties who have the same thing but theirs arent as bad as mine. I swim when i can and i've also been doing karate for a year already, which has stopped my back from getting any worse then it already has. It goes out about 1-2 degrees a year.
I've been told it was a good thing that i lost any of the unwanted weigth cos if i was carrying around an extra weight it would've made my back go out even more.
Has anyone been told the same thing?
