before and after pictures

my doctor just emailed me my before and after pictures (xrays) of my surgery june 19 this summer.

email me at lroyek@yahoo.com if you wanna see them or get an idea of what a fussion looks like for all of you out there that are about to get the surgery.

they are pretty crazy.

When person is so very thin and have posterior approach, will incision and all the hardware irritate more? Will it cause great discomfort?

Uhmm...doesn't matter what you're weight is, the incision is going to ich like crazy haha. And my surgeon said that extremely skinny people you can sometimes feel like the tips of the hardware when they bend over, but mostly likely not. I feel like when I bend backwards I can feel the tips of the rods. Not like feeling them with my fingers on my back, but like in my back. My surgeon said it was possible. I've just gotten used to it though, it bugged me at first though.
