  • Idiopathic Scoliosis

    Hey everyone!
I have idiopathici scoliosis and was actually born with it. It runs in my family on my mother's side. My grandma has it, my mom has it worse than she does, and I have it worse than my mother does. I have to do yoga stretches for the rest of my life in order to correct my curvatures and keep my back straight. I made a web site about scoliosis and you are all more than welcome to look at it at http://www.geocities.com/scoliosiscolorado

May I ask how old you are and exactly what degree your curvature is?
Mom to Jamie age 21-diagnosed at age 12-spinal fusion 12/7/2004-fused from T3-L2; and Tracy age 19, mild Scoliosis-diagnosed at age 18.

      Hi...

You posted this message in the Parents section. It would be better if you posted in the Adolescent and Teen Patients area:

      http://www.scoliosis.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=93

Or, if you're over 18, this area:

      Regards,
      Linda
