  • Just had Bending X-Rays Done

    Hi All,

Well i finally had my bending xrays done yesterday and let me tell you im in so much pain today it feels like i'v done a whole big work out at the gym. My muscles feel sore as. But they made me stretch and bend until i felt like i could go no more. Anyway ill get over it... I had to wait 40 mins to get my report back which ended up being a whole one sentence long (all that waiting for one sentence) in the report it just stated that i have a thorocolumbar scoliosis with the lumbar part compensating with no abnormalties within the bony what ever that means????
I'll be seeing my specialist in 3 weeks and ill have to take the xrays with me for him to tell me how much he can correct hopefully good news!!!!!!

Anyway just thought i'd give you all an update.

    Love Lee

    hi Leelee,
Those bending x-rays were rough on me too!!! I was extremely achey after it all...Unfortunately at my age, 46, they were'nt too good but at least my bone density was good so that helped....good luck & at your age, you should be more flexible...Ly

Try to take it easy for the rest of the day. If you have an ice pack it might come in handy.
