im usualli relli good wearing the brace but yesterday be4 school i waz like 4 once at school i wood just like 2 wear a cute lil top and not worry about peeps hugging me so i did, n it waz out of it all day at school 4 about 7 hrs. How bad iz dat!! Has it just ruined evrifin??

Nobody can be good all the time!! Sure you'll be ok, but wouldn't make a habit of it.

I have been reaing so much about how most of u are wearing the all day brace!It seems stresfull and hard.U see i only have 2 wear a brace at night.I hope i dont have 2 wear an all ay brace because all i wear is tight clothes!I feel so sorry for u guys.... :( well hope everything goes well with ur scoliosis.

I have to wear my brace 23/7. I don't think it will affect you too much. Just don't do it again!!lol
