hi, i have a boston brace. i wear it 16-20 hours a day. i got it at the beginning of the summer. i have a 17 T and i used to have a 29 L but i took an xray with my brace this summer and its a 5 (L). i'm looking for some people with a situation some what like mine... :rolleyes:

Hi Libby,

Have you tried SpineKids? I think you'll find what you are looking for there. That site is mostly teenagers and this site is mostly parents. Everyone is welcome here, but most kids go to SpineKids. Good luck.

wow, you must have a very skilled orthotist, to get such a correction. What about your T curve in brace?

Agree spinekids is better for young people

thanx i'll try spine kids. and my t curve hasn't changed at all because its to high on my back for a brace to move it, i'm just hoping it doesn't get worse.

yeah well i wear a boston brace 18-20 hours a day, but i didn't have anywhere near such a great correction. i cant believe u live in NH i do too

ya my doctor was pretty suprised too. but i bet my curves have gotten a little worse this summer since some weeks i only wear it at night. :o

This is mostly parents? No offense, but I thought it was kids that needed the support groups.

yeah actually this part is adolescent and teen patients (under 18) and whoever is saying that is wrong. anyone any age can come here, i guess maybe they are talking about little kids.
