    I just found this website and had to share. I have a thoraco-lumbar curve of 32 degrees and have been under chiropractic care for years. I'm a yoga practitioner and teacher that recently discovered Yoga for Scoliosis. Go to www.yogaforscoliosis.com. I took a workshop with Elise and it has made a phenomenal difference in the amount of pain I experience. I would say I am in about 95% LESS pain than I was before. I also feel stronger, more flexible and taller!

    Yoga isn't necessarily for everyone with scoliosis but I think it can help most of us. And it's yoga specific for scoliosis. There are some things in yoga that can possibly make your curve or rotation worse. It's all knowing what poses to do.
