  • Large Rib Cage

Does anyone here have a very large rib cage compared to their waist size? My best friend is getting married in September and I'm in her wedding. I took the straps up on my dress, not thinking about the size of my rib cage, and now I can't zipper in up all the way. I could before. I rigged something up so it looks ok, but it's so upsetting. I thought maybe if I lost weight, but my mom said it wouldn't make a difference. It's just my rib cage. I've been doing tons of situps, but it's not helping. I'm really frustrated about it. Oh well.

Also, has anyone here ever done the bra measurement thing where you measure around your rib cage, add 5 inches to that, measure your chest and subtract to get your cup size. Well, according to all of that, I'd be a -A. I wear a 36D. I know it's from my rib cage. Is having a large rib cage from scoliosis?
