what kind of instrumentation did you have?
I have heard that pedicle screws are the most effective. But are they so new that most docs are not using them? I've heard that most cases of "flat back" occur from people who have harrington rods.

Thanks.

I have titanium Isola rods and screws.

Titanium rods.

They can still break if the fusion is not solid and cause other types of pain in the unfused vertebreas, but apparently Harrington rods caused more problems, and I'm not sure why.
