I understand that all the prior posts have been lost. Hopefully, we won't see a repeat of the problem.

I'll get this forum restarted by saying that I had anterior/posterior same day surgery, in 1992 at the age of 42, and had a good outcome. I would recommend John Gray.

I am glad to see this site up and running too - and I will add my two cents worth to this one. For anyone in the Washington DC/Baltimore area, I would recommend Dr. William Lauerman at Georgetown University. He did my daughter's surgery this past summer (7/31/03). He is a skilled and compassionate surgeon.
