Is it normal to have night sweats 3 weeks after surgery --- I stopped taking pain meds at 1 week post op so they should have been gone by now? I've never had night sweats before in my life and ive had them since the first night after surgery.

Night sweats?
I had night sweats and day sweats for many months after surgery. I was off all narcotics at 3 months and used other alternative pain killers.
I suspect that it was due to the rearranging of my nervous system with curve reduction.Original scoliosis surgery 1956 T-4 to L-2 ~100 degree thoracic (triple)curves at age 14. NO hardware-lost correction.
Anterior/posterior revision T-4 to Sacrum in 2002, age 60, by Dr. Boachie-Adjei @Hospital for Special Surgery, NY = 50% correction
