massages

Hi,

Just wondering has anyone had Myotherapy massage or a remedial massage?

If so what kind of relief has it given you. As i have two curves both at 50 degrees i hardly get back pain but i do feel a little stiff sometimes, so just wondering if these massages would help make me losen up a bit?

I'm not sure what those massages are.. but I usually get deep tissue massages and I feel GREAT afterwards. I just had one the other day actually

If anyone has better suggestions for massages specifically for scoliosis please let me know!

Yeah, I have deep tissue massages too and I always feel sooo much better afterwards!

I get deep tissue massages once in awhile. I dread getting them because they hurt sooooo bad while I'm getting them, but I usually feel really good after a few days.

I dont even attempt deep tissue, i just get swedish. I have never heard of those you are referring to. Can you please give a definition of them?
