Hi all
Just to let you know how Genevieve is getting on. We had a check up yesterday and everything is looking good: the metalwork is stable, there's been no increase in the junctional kyphosis and, best of all, there's no evidence of ongoing infection (although that continues to be a risk).
She's had no oozing from her back since January and I'm just so glad that we were able to get the hyperbaric oxygen treatment for her before Christmas to try to sort out the infection!
We don't have to go back for another six months and we're really starting to relax a little (almost scared to saythat still!).
