I'll be one-year post-op the 25th of this month i think!!!!! yay!!! i haven't been on in like forever been kinda busy but i'm going to try to keep up on here from now on just thought i'd tell you all because i'm so happy!!!1

congratulations to you on upcoming 1 yr. anniversary. How are things going for you physically & activity-wise?? Do you still have any restrictions or can you do pretty much whatevery you did before surgery??
