  • Stability ball is awesome

Hi all -- for the last month or so I've been working out with a stability ball -- a friend of mine who's a personal trainer gave me some exercises that keep the spine neutral but build up my stomach and leg muscles. My back pain is practically nonexistent at this point. I even managed to do an hour of gardening the other day with very little discomfort. I know it's not a cure, but it's so hard to think about surgery when I'm not in pain!!!! Aaaargh!
Oh well -- I don't see Boachie again til September so I'll try to chill til then (yeah, RIGHT )

Meg, we got those balls for Christmas. It just occured to me that my 15 year old daughter might be able to use it now that she is 9 months post-surgery. Any recommendations of exercises for her for FUN? Kris
