bone graft pain

Hi everyone! I just found this list as I was looking for suggestions for my problem. Here's my story: I had scoliosis surgery when I was 15 (I'm 25 now and confined to a wheelchair not related to the surgery) and complained of more pain from the area on my hip the surgeon took some bone. The pain went away in a matter of months but it has returned in the last 2 years worse than before (it's a stabbing, almost arthritic pain)! I've been on pain killer since July 2005 but I'm getting tired of medicine. Does anyone know of any ways to relieve the pain without surgery?
