  • Does anyone do Tae Bo?

I absolutely love kickboxing. I stopped doing Tae Bo for about 2 years because it really hurt my rib cage. I thought I'd try it again today because I have a lot of energy and sure enough, the pain came back. I guess the solution is to just stop doing it. It's so much fun though. Does anyone else do Tae Bo or kickboxing?

I have thought about doing kickboxing, but I haven't tried it yet. Is your spine fused and instrumented?

No, I've never had surgery. I have a 37 degree thoracic curve. Have you had surgery?

Hi, Briarrose! I just returned from vacation and saw your post. I had surgery in 1966 and my spine is fused from T-3 to L-3. The primary thoracic curve after correction is 42 degrees. I work out at a gym, but I am always looking for something new to consider and possibly try. What movements do you think are causing the pain in your rib cage?
