Helloooo...i am new here =) Found this forum while surfing and i think its good.I have been diagnosed with scolosis since 11 and now i am 17.My curvature now is about 30+degrees. Does anyone know of ways to correct the curvature or some method or excercise that is good for the back? I heard swimming helps. What about other alternatives? Suggestion please! thanks.. :o

very little evidence around unfortunately. The Schroth method has a good reputation on the european continent, visit http://www.erikamaude.com/ for more info.
We are trying torsorotation exercises with our daughter, read more at http://www.medxonline.com/core/downloads/research/measuredresistanceinscoliosis.pdf . Only very limited evidence that it makes a difference, but the approach does make sense till some extend, worth considering I think
hope this helps
