  • New. Question.

Hey everyone. i'm new here and I think this forum is awesome. I was diagnosed with scoliosis around the age of 12. The doctor told me I was to mature for a brace, but my curve was not big enough for surgery. I'm 16 now and not much has happened. I do exercises on and off. I need to do them more often, I know that. I feel though that there is more pain now and my shoulder/ left arm sometimes feels a bit numb/ tingly. do any of you have a solution to this problem? Thanks for your time.
