Hi everyone! I just joined the forum so I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Amanda and I had (succcessful!) surgery 2/2/00 (many moons ago!) to correct my kyphoscoliosis. The surgery has had such a dramatic effect on my life, it even helped me find my "calling" (nursing). I joined to be able to help others who will be going through the surgery by offering advice or just an ear. The way I see it your doctor can tell you what he's going to do but speaking to someone who's "been there, done that" is more informative.
