Hello all. I've started to notice a popping noise in my spine when I get up from sitting down it's sometimes painful, but for the most part it only happens in the lower part of my spine. Would this be cause for concern?? I've also begun to notice a bit of a tingling sensation in my left arm/hand at times. I hope nothing's messed up. Thanks.

If I were you, I would go to the doctor, if only because the left arm tingling is supposed to be a heart attack indicator. I don't want to freak you out or anything, but if you can go- then go. I am not a doctor, so don't take my word for it...
I also get pops in my lower back region, but I think it is just my back relieving tension, as all the pressure goes to that area now that I don't have seperate vertebrae on the top portion of my back. I hope it is nothing serious.
