30 degree scoliosis

Hey, I have 30 degree scoliosis and I was wondering if there was any suggestions on what to do? I also have alot of pain with it. It hurts!!:(

When my degree was about 30 degrees I got my brace. I wore it 12 hours a day (at night).

Hey, i got a brace too. I had just a little bit of pain from always slouching. Once i got my brace and i couldn't slouch my back felt sooo much better. SO i think a brace would be the best thing for u! And it probably needs to be treated soon so u won't have to get surgery later on.
