  • I had a question

After surgery is it possible to "crack" your back by stretching? You know how you crack your fingers and other bones to relax them by stretching.
Or does your back remain alot more stiff and "uncrackable" after surgery?

I have not been able to crack my neck or back on purpose since surgery. Sometimes it might crack on its own but that doesn't always feel good either. Cracking anything is really not that good for you anyway surgery or not.
