Hello! I thought that I was all alone with my concerns about Scoliosis until now. I am confident that I can get some more information that the doctors cannot seem to give me. I was dianosed with Scoliosis when I was 11. I am 30 now and a mother of one. My curve was about 33 then and now it is 40 degrees out. I do have 2 curves, but not sure what the bottom curve is. I was told there was no treatment for me as I stopped growing and that I was just going to have to live with it. I did a lot of sports growing up and I think that has helped as I don't really have a lot of pain. Recently I have noticed that I am twisted more so than I have been, my pants are off to the side as is my bra clasps. When I was a teen, I saw the specialist once a year, but now that I am an adult, I don't see one and if I want to I have to wait a year and have a concerning problem rather than just a follow-up. Not very happy with the care that I recieve as they usually just say that I have to live with it and come a gain in a couple of years if I am experiencing further complications. just wondering if ther is any advice on anything that I can do to help or delay further curve of the spine, and interested in hearing other stories.
