What next

Hi. Im going to have fusion surgery on my back may 17th. T8 T9. from stenosis and a ruptured disc. I don,t know how it happened. Neither do 3 neuros-and two surgeons. I,m a 43 year old male. they are not sure if their is a tumer involved or not, they all stare at the mri,s (4) and mylo+ct and say"what are you". Any thoughts from anyone.( I live in cedar rapids Ia. but they sent my to the University of Iowa hospital )
