Experience With This Surgeon?

Has anyone used Courtney W. Brown, MD with Panorama Orthopedics in Denver/Golden area, CO? He is a spine specialist & deals with aging spine & scoliosis. His group of spine specialists meets weekly to discuss prospective surgery patients' cases. He has many years' experience in spine surgeries and
had his own multiple fusions 2 years ago. After many years of problems, cervical fusion and all the options tried and tests done, I only have the fusion surgery option left to me for extreme pain and some disability in the lumbar area. This surgeon seems to be a good choice to me, but I certainly would like to hear from anyone who's had experience with him. I am a female, 68.

The really great thing about Dr. Brown is that he's gone through the surgery himself. I'm certain that he's probably far more sympathetic to his patients because of it. :-) I know Dr. Brown and his P.A., Barbara. I can't really comment on his expertise from experience, but I'm sure you're in good hands.
