1)I feel a different odor, smell in my body around the incision. It is not perceived by others (parents, family and friends) even when I ask to sense it carefully.
I don't know if the smell comes from the lungs/breath ( like when you drink alcohol) and if it is due to your body's different metabolism in recovery. I think the titanium implants are not the cause for this as they are smell-free. Sometimes this feeling peaks, mainly when I am feeling tired muscles. Does anybody feel the same? Note: an infection possibility is ruled out. everything is ok according to doctor.
2) Does the numbness around the incision and the strange sensations around the cut tissue will ever go away? Those in full recovery, can I hear your experience about this?
