Non surgical way to reduce collapsed rib?

Hey there, my rib just below the chest is slightly collapsed on one side making it look smaller than the other side, can anyone recommend exercises to bring the rib back out? Could it be caused by a curved spine, if so, would straightening the spine cause it to move outwards? I was thinking of getting this device, it says its for the chest but im sure it would work with ribs too, what do you think? http://www.disabled-world.com/news/r...sunk-chest.php
