Flexibility

Hi,
I will be having surgery in June and the Dr. told me that I will be fused from T3 to L1. Has anyone had just that area fused. My belief is that I should maintain a lot of my flexibility at my waist on down. After it heals of course.

Hey Christine-

I just just fused on Friday Feb. 18th from T3 to L1. So far I don't have any flexibility from my waist to my hips, but my doctor said I will have a lot eventually from my waist down.
