Flat back

After my scoliosis surgery, I ended up with flat back. Consequently standing up nice and tall is not easy. My gait has also changed. I am one year postoperative and just able to walk one mile
. Living in the northeast has proven to be a challenge for walking, with all the snow this winter. So I walk in the mall every Saturday and Sunday.

Wondering who, in forum land, now has flat back and the difficulties you are encountering, along with what you are doing to overcome these challenges.
