This is Karen Pottoff's sister-in-law! I am happy to report that Karen is "on the other side"! Her surgery lasted 10 hours. She had some arthritis in the spine too. She was stable throughout the surgery! The doctor said she is about 3 inches taller!! We will get to see her in the ICU in another hour. Thank you all for your support, well wishes, and prayers!!

I am SOO glad to hear she is done and doing well. I've been thinking about her all day, too. Went to work at 4 am and kept watching the clock thinking "she is probably in pre-op now, now she is probably being wheeled in right about now" etc. It is always such a relief to hear that they are out of the woods. Please give her our love and hugs!!!
