I heard that sleeping on your stomach can make your back worse, is this true? I dont see how it can make it worse.:/

If you're saying that sleeping on your stomach can make your scoliosis worse, I don't think there is anything proven for that. Venturing a guess, sleeping on your stomach would put your back into an extended position. This, in a sense, flattens your back which is common with many thoracic curves, i.e. flat back or hypokyphosis. So from that standpoint I can see how or why some people might say that.

HOWEVER, if that were the case then night time bending braces would probably be much more successful.

Overall, there is nothing official to say that sleeping on your stomach will make your curve worse.

I think there's research suggesting a link between sleeping on your stomach and scoliosis *in infants*, but I haven't heard of it in adults.
