We are doing relatively well here in Payson. Our friends and ward members have kept us fed and the frig full. Brenda is getting stronger everyday, but it is slow. I will post again when she is standing and walking on her own, then close down.
Next Sunday I will be released as bishop of our ward. I will miss it, but it will take a lot of pressure off.
Your prayers and great support has kept us going!!!!

Brenda and I arrived at our home in Payson at 6PM last night. We were giddy with joy. Our friend, Lance Harrold, much to our surprise, built a special ramp system which greatly aided in getting Brenda into the house. Linda Wanat cleaned the yard.
We are excited to start our new lives. No more driving 30 miles to see Brenda in the hospital. She's here!
We are grateful to our daughter Jen and her husband Brian for housing and serving us for 10 days. That was significant to Brenda's recovery. The PT's are now talking about braces for Brenda's legs and special crutches. That's a little way off, but we look forward to literally getting her back on her feet.
Again, thank to so many for encouragement, prayers, visits and service.
