    hey everyone you all no i had surgery 8 months ago at uc davis medical center done by Dr Gupta i'm still have a really hard time getting comfy

    I did too at that stage, especially on certain chairs. It's much better for me now at 2 years, but it does take time.

      Hi Kara,

      Do you walk every day? I found walking loosened up my back muscles as I swung my arms. Even now, when I walk, I can feel my back thoracic muscles moving as I swing my arms. If not, give it a try, it does help to speed up your recovery. Good luck!

        well i do walk every day during school i walk from where i get off the bus and then walk to work
