I did too at that stage, especially on certain chairs. It's much better for me now at 2 years, but it does take time.__________________________________________

Hi Kara,
Do you walk every day? I found walking loosened up my back muscles as I swung my arms. Even now, when I walk, I can feel my back thoracic muscles moving as I swing my arms. If not, give it a try, it does help to speed up your recovery. Good luck!Surgery March 3, 2009 at almost 58, now 63.
