    Hey every one today day is 10/10/10 i now 7 months postop from my spinal fusion i feel great

    I can't believe you're seven months already Kara. Congratulations, it's great to hear that you're doing so well. Keep up the good work!
    Surgery March 3, 2009 at almost 58, now 63.

    Osteotomies and Laminectomies
    Was 68 degrees, now 22 and pain free

        I wrote on your other thread but I write here to say "GOOD WORK!"

        And you even started college during your recovery. You have many accomplishments.

        You seem to have moved on from this surgery as my daughters have.

          I just have to say....you feel good at 7 months. You will even feel better at 1 year and 2 years....
