I just wanted to share some good news with everyone... My doctor has cleared me to go back to work full-time starting October 6th! I'm so super happy to go back that I tear up thinking about it. It's not the working part that I'm excited about, but the thought of life returning to what I consider normal for me. It also means that I've met one of my goals even though it's 3 weeks later than I wanted. Next goal is to lose 10 lbs by February for a black tie event!

Congrats, Tiffany! Great news! Getting back to normal is what is's all about. I will be 4 weeks post op this coming Tuesday and I'm hoping to get back to driving within the next week or 2. I've been gradually reducing the pain meds and that's going well. It makes me crazy to have to depend on others to do everything for me!Age 56

Depending on others is the worst. I am 4 1/2 months post op and I cannot lift heavy items and since I fused very long bending is a issue, I am still denping on others

Great news for you Tiffany! I'm sure it means so much to get back to a normal life. I had a mere neck surgery and it meant so much to me just to drive again and gain some of my independence back.Chris, Austin, TX
